Assocializa is the association and membership management platform by Softaliza, a software company founded in 2019 that today works with more than 200 organizations around the world. We focus on associations, societies, federations and their events.
What we do
Assocializa brings together what an association needs to run its membership, in one platform and around one member record:
- Membership management and dues: member records by category, dues billing with optional recurring payments, payment history and receipts.
- Member portal and digital membership card: members update their data, pay and carry their card on their phone.
- Communication and online voting: news timeline, community forum, document library and auditable elections.
- Events and abstracts: registration with member pricing, abstract submission with blind review, proceedings and check-in.
- Courses: the Academy, with courses and learning paths for continuing education.
- Apps: iOS and Android apps published with each association's brand.
Where we come from
Softaliza was founded in 2019 at the technology incubator of the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM), in Brazil.
Today more than 200 organizations work with us, from national medical and scientific societies to international academies and alliances, such as the World Academy of Neurological Surgery, whose members live in 61 countries, the Latin American Thyroid Society and the Red Iberoamericana de Farmacometría, in Uruguay.
One partner for the whole ecosystem
Besides Assocializa, Softaliza builds an event platform for congresses and scientific events, event apps published on the App Store and Google Play, and websites for associations. The same team builds and supports everything, so your association works with one partner instead of several vendors.
How we work
- No setup fee. You pay a monthly plan, and getting started is on us.
- No lock-in. Cancel with 30 days' notice and take your data with you in an open format.
- We migrate your data. Our team imports your members from spreadsheets or from your current system.
- Human support on every plan. A team that knows how associations work.
- Data protection. We follow Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
