5. The Assocializa platform
The use of Assocializa and of the other Softaliza platforms (such as the event platform, the event app, check-in and certificates) is governed by a specific contract signed with each client. Commercial terms, scope of service, service levels and responsibilities are defined in that contract, which prevails over this document in case of conflict.
As a rule, our Assocializa contracts:
- Have no setup fee
- Have no lock-in period: you can cancel with 30 days' notice
- Let you export your data in an open format when you leave
- Let you upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time
- Include human support in English, Spanish and Portuguese
The payment methods available to your association and its members depend on your country and are confirmed by our team.
