Who the Essential plan is for
Most associations start in the same place: a spreadsheet of members, payment links sent by email, receipts made by hand and a board that never knows exactly who is up to date. The Essential plan is built to end that.
It fits medical and scientific societies, professional associations, unions, federations and clubs that want to organize their membership and collect dues without adding work for a small team. It is also where most organizations start: you can move to Advanced or Premium at any time, without changing systems.
What is included
A member portal
Every member gets a personal area, under your association's name, logo and colors. Members log in with their email, keep their data up to date, pay their dues, see their payment history and download receipts whenever they need them. Your office stops answering the same requests every week.
Complete member records
All your members in one place, organized by category: full members, students, associates or any category your association uses. Each record keeps contact details, category, membership history and every payment, so anyone on your team can find a member in seconds.
Dues billing with optional recurring payments
Charges are generated according to each member's category, annually or monthly. Members pay online, recurring payments are optional and reminders go out on the schedule your association configures. Receipts are available in the member portal as soon as a payment is confirmed.
Payment methods depend on where you operate. In Brazil, members can pay by Pix, boleto or card. Our international clients collect dues by card in US dollars. Tell us your country and we will show you exactly what is available.
Payment history and control
See at a glance who is up to date, who is pending and who is overdue. The history of every payment stays attached to the member record, which makes board reports and audits much simpler.
Donations from members and the public
Accept donations from members and from people outside your association, and keep them in the same financial history as your dues.
A digital membership card

Data protection
The platform follows Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD), with member data handled under clear rules.
What it costs
The Essential plan costs USD 60 per month, a fixed price for your association, whatever the number of members. There is no setup fee and no lock-in contract: you can cancel with 30 days' notice and take your data with you. Data migration and human support are included.
When to move to Advanced or Premium
As your association grows, you can add more without changing platforms:
- Advanced (USD 120/month) adds full cash flow, auditable online voting, courses and events, an integrated calendar, a document library, a news timeline, a community forum and an online store.
- Premium (USD 200/month) adds abstract management, event proceedings, check-in, the Academy for courses and learning paths, your own iOS and Android app and a REST API.
