Each price is fixed for your association, whatever the number of members. Every plan includes human support, hosting, updates, data migration and a dedicated WhatsApp group with our team. There is no setup fee and no lock-in: you can cancel with 30 days' notice and export your data in an open format. You can also upgrade or downgrade anytime.
What each plan includes
Essential: USD 60 per month
The membership core: a member portal, complete member records by category with custom fields and documents, dues billing by category with optional recurring payments, reminders before and after the due date, payment history and receipts, donations from members and the public, a digital membership card with QR code and wallet pass, segmented email, automatic notifications, filters and export to Excel, a tracking dashboard and board permissions per module. Advanced: USD 120 per month
Everything in Essential, plus full cash flow with income, expenses, categories and an annual target; auditable online voting with secret ballot and automatically generated minutes; courses, activities and events with online registration and automatic member pricing; an integrated calendar and certificates in the member portal; a document library; a news timeline; a moderated community forum; and an online store integrated with finance.
Premium: USD 200 per month
Everything in Advanced, plus abstract management with single or double blind review and proceedings generated as PDF; event check-in; the Academy for recorded courses, live webinars and learning paths with certificates of completion; a native iOS and Android app with your association's name and icon; and a REST API with documented endpoints and dedicated technical support.

Which plan fits your association
- Choose Essential if your priority is organizing members and collecting dues, with a member portal and a digital membership card.
- Choose Advanced if you also run events or courses for members, hold online elections or need full cash flow for the board.
- Choose Premium if you run scientific events with abstract submission, want the Academy for recorded courses, webinars and learning paths, or need your own app or a REST API.

What makes association management software cost more
The monthly price is only the starting point. When you compare quotes, these five items are the ones that most often make the total grow. For each one, here is the question to ask and how our plans handle it.
1. Per-member pricing
When the price is calculated per member or per contact record, the bill rises every time your association grows, and keeping former members or historical records on file can cost money too. In other words, growing your membership raises your software bill.
- Ask: what counts as a member, and how does the price change when we grow?
- Our plans: the price is fixed whatever the number of members.
2. Setup and onboarding fees
One-time fees for implementation, configuration or training can add a significant amount to the first year.
- Ask: is there a setup fee, and exactly what does it cover?
- Our plans: no setup fee, and data migration is included.
3. Modules sold separately
A low starting price can grow quickly when events, online voting, courses, an app or an API are each sold as an add-on.
- Ask: what will the package we need next year cost, not only the one we need today?
- Our plans: three plans, each with everything in the one before. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime.
4. Support tiers
When support is sold in levels, the plan you can afford may not include the help you need when something goes wrong.
- Ask: which support is included, and how do we reach a person?
- Our plans: human support on every plan, plus a dedicated WhatsApp group with our team. On Premium, the REST API comes with dedicated technical support.
5. Migration, hosting and the exit
Moving your data in, hosting, updates and getting your data back out can each become a line item, and a long contract can make leaving expensive.
- Ask: who migrates our data, are hosting and updates included, and how do we leave?
- Our plans: migration, hosting and updates are included. There is no lock-in: cancel with 30 days' notice and export your data in an open format.
How to compare the total cost in 5 steps
- Define your scope. Note how many members you have, your member categories and the modules you need now and next year.
- Ask every provider for the same items in writing: monthly price, per-member charges, setup fees, modules, support, migration, hosting, contract length and exit terms.
- Calculate the first year. Multiply the monthly price by 12 and add every one-time fee.
- Project three years. Include the members you expect to add and the modules you plan to switch on.
- Check the exit. Confirm the notice period and the format your data comes back in.
Here is what that math looks like with our plans. Twelve months cost USD 720 on Essential, USD 1,440 on Advanced and USD 2,400 on Premium. An association that starts on Essential and moves to Advanced in its second year pays USD 2,160 over two years, with nothing added for setup, migration or new members.
What the price replaces
Before you compare, list what membership costs you today in time as well as money: a spreadsheet kept by hand, payment links sent one by one, receipts written by hand, printed membership cards and a separate tool for email.
